Ed Mascolo
Founder & President
Ed Mascolo founded NEJ in 1990 and has since led the Company to become a global leader in excess inventory solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the wholesale and retail industries, he oversees the overall company strategy, sales and new business development. Ed has been the driving force behind NEJ’s disciplined operating processes and the development of its warehouse and logistics system. His entrepreneurial approach to business has built an industry leader, with proven execution strategies for managing excess inventory transactions. In 2012 Ed established the NEJ and Mascolo Family Foundation Inc., a nonprofit organization with a mission to help children reach their greatest potential through grass roots programs that focus on education, personal growth and athletics. Ed graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.

Lisa Harris
GENERAL MERCHANDISE MANAGER
Lisa Harris is a 20 year veteran in the retail industry and joined NEJ as the GMM in 2017. She is responsible for steering the merchandising strategy of the company to impact and drive sales and profitability.
Lisa started her career in the Bloomingdale’s Executive Training Program, then progressed through various Buying, Merchandising, and Management positions with Warnaco, Vanity Fair and Fruit of the Loom. Lisa graduated from Hobart/William Smith College with a BA in Economics.
