Is the product available with my logo:
NEJ, Inc. is a business to business website; we provide only custom logo's
merchandise.
What is the embroidery process? (embroidery process is for
apparel, towels, and bags only)
Send/Upload your logo and NEJ will provide you a quote for the set up fee for your art.
Once you approve your quote, NEJ will send you a stitch out for logo approval.
Your order is processed upon receipt of your logo approval and then your order is shipped.
How quickly can I receive my embroidered products?
NEJ will ship your embroidered products within 7 days from your art approval.
What is the screen process? (screen process is for some
bags and for all general merchandise items)
Send us your logo and NEJ will provide you a quote for the set up of your art.
Once you approve your quote, NEJ will send you a virtual sample of your
artwork. Your order is processed and shipped upon receipt of your virtual
sample approval.
How quickly can I receive my screen printed products?
NEJ will ship your screen-printed products within 7 business days from your
approval of the virtual sample.
How is my order shipped?
NEJ will ship your order by UPS Ground or DHL Ground from our Beacon Falls, CT
warehouse. Expedited shipping is available
at an additional charge.
How is the product packaged?
All embroidered garments are individually poly-bagged for shipment. General
merchandise packaging information is available in each general merchandise
description.
What is the return policy?
NEJ will be happy to issue a return authorization for any defective products.
Worn, torn, used, or soiled goods may not be returned. Products may not be
returned if the quality of the logos applied is comparable to the samples
approved. Please obtain a return authorization by calling
