PRICING AND INVENTORY

NEJ, Inc. will make the best effort to keep all information on product pricing and availability as current as possible. NEJ, Inc. will do its best to maintain inventory levels adequate to fulfill orders for goods received on the site. If for some reason, an item is out of stock, NEJ will provide access to a comparable item or will fill your order at the first opportunity after stock is replenished. NEJ, Inc. reserves the right to change the price of any item, at any time.

RETURNS POLICY

NEJ, Inc. provides customized merchandise to our customers. As such, customized merchandise cannot be reused or resold. Products may not be returned if the quality of the logos applied is comparable to the samples approved. Worn, torn, used, or soiled goods may not be returned. Nej will be happy to issue a return authorization for any defective products.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from NEJ, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
